Flex, a global manufacturing partner, has completed the acquisition of FreeFlow, whose digital marketplace platform enables companies to sell surplus and returned items and goods across global secondary markets.
The addition expands Flex's services across multiple markets – including data centres, enterprise and lifestyle – allowing companies to create additional revenue streams and support the circular economy through second life products.
Operating across 30 countries, Flex delivers technology innovation, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions to diverse industries and end markets.
The cross-border Simmons & Simmons team was led by partner and Head of Corporate at Simmons Dublin, David Brangam with assistance from Christine Quigley, Martin Phelan, Niamh Ni Luing and Geoff Curran (Dublin), along with partner Angus McLean (London) and Alexandra Harmer (Dubai).
