The Paris office of the international law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised RIVE Private Investment, Nord Est Partenaires, and WATTS.Green on their investment in Calycé Sun, a French firm specialising in the development, construction, and operation of agrivoltaic projects.
The multidisciplinary team at Simmons was led by Arnaud Félix, Partner, with support from Domitille Cabaud and Arnaud Chabert on corporate matters, Ombline Ancelin, Partner and Florent Barbu, Managing Associate, on competition law matters.
