The Paris office of international law firm Simmons & Simmons advised IVS Group, a European leader in leading operator on the market of beverage and snack vending machines, on their acquisition of a majority stake in BH Partners, a company offering targeted and innovative coffee & food concept solutions.
This acquisition will allow IVS Group, which already has a strong presence in BH Partners' operational markets, to leverage its expertise, resources, and support to work on synergies with the company to accelerate its development, while allowing it significant autonomy in its future developments.
The multidisciplinary Simmons team advising IVS Group was led by Simonetta Giordano, Partner, with the support of Anna Velitchkova, of counsel, Karim Abdelgawad, and Arnaud Chabert on corporate aspects, and included:
